Jacob D. Frankel (Kobi)
CEO & Co-Founder
Prior to shattering records at PayPal and being a key ingredient to the Swift Capital Acquisition. Kobi was an Investment Banker and Senior Vice President of Wealth Management in New York City. Kobi has experience in both the public and private equity markets, successfully completing over 399 Pre-IPO/PIPE/SPAC transactions. Currently, Kobi is the Founder of Beyond Equity Family Office and Beyond Alpha Ventures L.L.C. Kobi is now more active in Late Stage DeepTechAI Technology Solutions that will enhance the betterment of our future social framework through Venture Capital Development. Kobi earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Dickinson College. Additionally, Kobi holds his Series 7 & 63 FINRA licenses. Kobi Also Played for the Israel National Lacrosse Team and is still a Member of the Israel National Team.
Christopher Dinelli (Kenji)
Chairman
Christopher (Kenji) has a bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Naval Academy. He served as a qualified nuclear engineer submarine officer in the U.S. Navy and has run numerous space related research programs with the Naval Research Lab and United States Naval Academy on CubeSat and micro thruster technology. Since 2017, Christopher has successfully been working in crypto mining. He founded All Mine Lah, Inc, and is currently operating 3 farms while also establishing a green mega-farm combining the concepts of vertical farming, green energy, and bitcoin mining. A proud wounded veteran, Christopher’s resilience and innovation continue to drive his impressive career trajectory.
Fred W. Newcomb
Board Member, Private Equity Owner, International Affairs Specialist
Fred Newcomb has been the owner and President of Newcomb & Company and a registered securities and investment banking principal over the course of half a century. He has created numerous startling innovations in the investment world, stirring observers and participants to call him a “legendary investor.” Along with other large and well-known financial services institutions, Fred and Newcomb & Company have engaged individually and as a broker/dealer in managing multi-billion-dollar investment funds and as a member firm of the NASD/FINRA, specializing in financial services, institutional and mutual fund building, development and sales, investment banking, wholesale syndications, and the development of investment pools for large financial institutions and international government agencies, also serving as a consultant in the financial services and general business industries. Mr. Newcomb’s accomplishments in investment banking have ranged from arranging the financing of Samsung’s entry into the computer market in the United States in the commercial arena, to the creation and sales of investment companies in the mutual fund, insurance, hedge fund, and venture capital industries. As a social activist, Mr. Newcomb has been an operational and financial party participant in political elections including the Republican Party and the Republican-nominated presidential elections. As an international affairs specialist, he is the honorary chairman and senior adviser of the World Human Accountability Organization of the United Nations, with access to governments and countries’ international trade around the world.
